Delhi Police arrest cab driver accused of rape
The victim, who works at a finance company, was returning from a dinner engagement on Friday and used the mobile app Uber to hire a cab to drive her home.
The cab driver, who allegedly raped a 27-year-old woman in New Delhi on Friday night, has been arrested in Mathura even as questions were raised over security measures provided by Uber, the U.S.-based cab firm which used his taxi service.
Shiv Kumar Yadav, the 32-year-old driver was from Mathura and was living in a rented premises in New Delhi.
